We have a wide range of cake products including gourmet cupcakes, custom designed cakes, 3D carved cakes, gourmet cake balls, gourmet cheesecakes, fun and creative grooms cakes, and wedding cakes. Maddy's Fatty's takes pride in using quality gourmet ingredients such as Valrhona Cocoa, Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, whole whipped butter, and gourmet buttercreams. ALL of our baked goods are made fresh and are ALL natural. We take pride in everything we bake to use local and organic ingredients whenever possible. ALL our baked goods, excluding Vegan, have fresh local cage free and hormone free eggs from Rooster Hills Farm. We value all our customers and take pride in being able to offer our gourmet treats to those who have special considerations due to preference or health challenges such as vegan, gluten free, dairy free, reduced sugar, and reduced fat. Please note although we offer cakes that are nut free , we are NOT a nut free Bakery.
